I took these photos on my journey to uni today, I always notice them on my way walking past so decided it would be the perfect addition to my "seeing in primary" post.
I'm guessing these little people are painted by children, Notice that 2 of the 5 that were done, were painted in the primary colours. With reference to Superman aswell!
The different proportions and darker shades of the primary colours make the product look slightly more sophisticated, while still giving it that "everyman" kind of feel.
Full blocks of the primary colours also add to the childish feeling that the colour combination provides.
Everywhere I look I seem to be finding a greater and greater abundance of the primary colour combinations. Its strange how we don't realise how often something is used until you actually are looking for it!
